Video Game & Anime Differences[]

- In the anime, the students introduce themselves at the gym. Whereas in the video game, they do it in the room with giant vault door.
- In the anime, Sayaka greets Makoto in his room after Makoto wakes up, being knocked out by Mondo earlier. For the video game, Makoto wakes up and finds Sayaka waiting outside after bumping into her.
- Also, Sayaka and Makoto are the first ones to appear in the dining hall for the video game version. In the anime, they aren't the first ones.
- In the anime, Chihiro is the one who investigates the refrigerator while in the video game, it's Sayaka.
- Toko's scene with Junko where she calls Junko a slut is omitted from the video game.
- In the video game, Makoto's conversation with Sayaka after the rec room incident occurs in the classroom. Furthermore, the two are alone. Compared to the anime, he chases her and catches her in the hallway with the other students watching the two.
