|Akame ga Kill! Episode List|
In a mission, Chelsea (in disguise as a maid) kills her target who was asking for a massage. As soon as her target was assassinated, Wave and Kurome barges in for an investigation, but they find the man dead already. Chelsea had changed into a cat in order to wait out the danger. Back at the Night Raid’s headquarter, Chelsea reports about her mission. When Mine is amazed by Chelsea's quick thinking, Chelsea teases Mine about babysitting the hideout, causing Mine to chase Chelsea out of anger. Akame notes that the Jägers are targeting them now. Leone jokes that Tatsumi can simply spend a vacation with the Jägers. Lubbock comments that Tatsumi could have left Esdeath behind as he makes coffee for Najenda. Najenda announces that they will take their first step towards taking over the Imperial Capital.
Elsewhere, Seryu has Coro eat two bandits while she personally executed the female bandit with her sword. As Wave arrives, he asks Seryu about the bandits. When he tries to advocate restraint, Seryu just smiles and blushes that they weren’t Night Raid, causing Wave some concerns. Noting how corrupt the Imperial Capital is, Wave knows he has to carry out his duty no matter what.
Back at Night Raid’s headquarters, Najenda informs everyone about their next mission and how this mission affects on how they will infiltrate the capital in the future with the aid of the Revolutionary Army. The first mission is about a religious group named Path of Peace. Najenda informs that this group will incite a religious insurrection with an armed rebellion which will play a key part in the rebellion for the Revolutionary Army's plans. When Tatsumi mentions the bloodshed and that they should stop it, Lubbock explains the northern rebellion and southern rebellion that were against the Imperial Capital fail because they had no outside help. Lubbock states that there will more bloodshed if they do not help the rebellion. The Path of Peace rebellion will allow the Revolutionary Army begin a three prong attack on the Imperial Capital. The western tribes will lend their support to the Revolutionary Army who will attack from the south. Akame notes with the Revolutionary Army's plan they will be able to kill the enemy from the inside.
For the Path of Peace mission, Najenda debriefs them that they have to assassinate Borick, a spy who will stop the rebellion. Borick has gained followers by drugging them. To make the Path of Peace mission successful, they have to take some of the Jagers out. Tatsumi notes that he has to carry out his mission despite knowing some of the Jagers, Wave, are good men. Chelsea watches Tatsumi in admiration and realizes why is she staring at him with so much intent. She blushes when she figures out she is falling for him. Meanwhile, Run reports to Esdeath about the Night Raid's location.
During the mission, Esdeath receives information on the Jagers' movement from the Revolutionary Army. She tells Akame's group to attract attention. By the lake, Lubbock and the others are in their beach outfits. Leone and Chelsea show off their swimwear in front of Tatsumi and asks him if which he likes best. Tatsumi evades their question by complimenting Su. Up on a hill, Mine asks Akame if she is thinking about her sister. She reminds Akame that she is not alone and that she has them.
In the Imperial city, Esdeath discusses with her Jagers about Akame and Najenda’s group splitting off into two. Najenda's group heading east while Akame's group heading south. Bols notes that if they go east after Najenda's group, they will end up in Kyoroch, the Path of Peace's headquarters. If they go south, they will approach cities that have sided with the Revolutionary Army. Esdeath and Run states that this is a trap set by Night Raid. Despite being a trap, Esdeath orders Wave, Kurome, and Bols to pursue Akame while Esdeath and her group pursue Najenda. In the east, Wave's group encounters a strange scarecrow that has the words hot guy written on it. Mine watches the three from afar and notes that Kurome looks a lot like Akame. Mine misses her shot against Kurome who dodge in time. Susanoo pops out from the scarecrow and knocks Wave which sends Wave flying. Najenda's group arrive to confront Bols and Kurome. Kurome summons her Danger Beast and servants of the death.
